Complete renovation and expansion of 5 story hip facility totaling approximately 40,000 square feet. Usage included treatment rooms, radiology, opthamology, etc.
North Shore - LIJ Medical Center
Expansion and relocation of approximately 6,000 square feet of neurology department space including patient rooms and radio isotope laboratory.
Complete renovation of approximately 4,000 square foot endoscopy suite including new treatment rooms, endoscopy cleaning areas with exhaust hoods and new toilets.
Columbia Presbyterian Hospital - 11th Floor Wing, New York, NY
Renovation of 8,000 square foot wing in 11th floor of main hospital building. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems designed.
Montefiore Medical Center - lead safe housing, Mosholu Parkway, Bronx, NY
Complete rehabilitation of 4-story brownstone totaling approximately 15,000 square feet to be utilized for patient treatment and housing. Design included HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Nyack Hospital, Nyack, NY
Complete expansion and renovation of an approximately 10,000 square foot cafeteria including kitchen, serving, and seating areas.
Renovation of approximately 80,000 square feet in the main hospital building. The spaces include day surgery, delivery, recovery, nurse's stations, etc.
Reviewed hospital's main heating and cooling plants to develop recommendations for increasing operating efficiency. Also, developed a complete single line diagram of the facility's electrical distribution system.
Complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design associated with the renovation of the existing incinerator.
Catscan Suite, Nyack, NY
Complete HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design for installation of a new general electric catscan system including associated waiting, patient, and office area totaling approximately 3,000 square feet.
NYU - Research Center - Animal Research Laboratory, Tuxedo, NY
Performed study and developed report for potential renovation of 15,000 square foot animal research wing in existing facility. Facility was to be made compliant with current code requirements. Review included hvac, electrical, and plumbing systems with associated construction costs developed.

Eto Sterilizers Tisch Hospital, New York, NY
Developed HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
plans for installation of new eto sterilizers and associated plan
modifications. Also, renovation and upgrade to sonogram rooms,
radiology department and mammography suite.
Jamaica Health Care Facility - Department of General Services, Jamaica, NY
Complete renovation of existing 5 story approximately 50,000 square facility containing patient treatment and office areas.
