NYSERDA Design & Rebate Assistance

Today’s developer and facility owner demands greater energy-conscious expertise with every planned building. Creating more energy efficient buildings contain many rewards and may soon be a requirement rather then an option. Laszlo Bodak Engineer, P.C. has been meeting and exceeding these requirements for years. LBE also has been and continues to be in the forefront of energy conservation and building management through various NYSERDA (New York State Energy Research and Development Authority) programs, including FlexTech, the existing facilities programs, and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) projects. Eligible applicants for funds are always expanding and include industrial and commercial facilities, state and municipal governments, not-for-profit and private institutions, public and private K-12 schools, colleges and universities, health care facilities and public and private hospitals and multi-family buildings.

As your NYSERDA consultant we can conduct Energy Efficiency, CHP and Renewable Energy Studies; helping obtain state funds for energy studies and to acquire and install energy-saving equipment; and processes required to customize approaches to energy efficiency; perform energy analyses; evaluate combined heat and power (CHP); and evaluate renewable energy alternatives. Our design approach includes use of energy-saving devices and techniques to minimize energy consumption from lighting systems; performing a cost-analysis; designing heat recovery systems; and designing systems that make use of alternative energy such as solar, geothermal and micro-turbines. We also have performed multiple energy saving studies which reduce energy waste and save money.

The demand for more cost efficient and energy efficient buildings is greater than ever before. These energy saving buildings are crucial to our area and may soon be mandated a standard in design. Laszlo Bodak Engineer P.C. has the means and the expertise in the design and implementation of these cost saving methods.
