Currently we are involved with converting Washington Mutual branches purchased by Chase into new Chase branches. Locations range all over the metropolitan area with plans for approximately three to four branches at a time.
Community Healthcare Network Dr. Betty Shabazz Health Center
Location: 999 Blake Avenue, Brooklyn, NY
Architect: nArchitects
Project scope includes a renovation of an existing Health Clinic in the East New York section of Brooklyn. The project goal is to update the existing plumbing system to include new fixtures and provide a more functional incoming water service, update the HVAC ductwork and provide new sprinkler system to reflect the new layout.
Community of the Holy Spirit
Location: Convent Avenue, Manhattan
Architect: BKSK Architects
New four-story mixed use building where the Nun Ordinance can live, work, and worship. The building has a chapel, bedrooms (called cells), kitchen, offices, and eating areas. The building uses higher efficient PTAC units, solar hot water heating, split system heat pumps, has a green roof, and water collection for gardening and watering the green roof. The building is fully sprinklered and water conservation was taken into account for the plumbing fixtures. Although the building will not receive a LEED rating,many systems were designed with LEED in mind - The Sisters felt that designing the building as energy efficient and "green" as possible was the proper thing to do. In our opinion it would obtain minimum LEED certified if filed.
DGA Security Systems Headquarters
Location: 429 West 53rd Street, Manhattan, NY
Architect: Amie Gross Architects
This is a renovation of an existing 6-story office building to house the headquarters of the security giant. This building mechanically has a dual temperature system provided with rooftop chillers with basement condensing boilers. The building has intense low voltage and security systems. The building includes vast storage in the basement as well as an internal loading dock and garage on the ground level.
Milestone / SNAP Residence
Location: New Hyde Park, Queens, NY
Architect: Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects
A six building assisted living complex in Queens. The complex consists of four residential buildings as well as a community center building and a multi-purpose “SNAP” building. The building design will incorporate outdoor air cooling and heating strategies, a centralized condensing boiler plant andthe use of solar hot water pre-heating in each of the buildings.
Orianne Collins Flagship
Location: 655 Madison Avenue, Manhattan
Architect: Christopher Pillet / TEK Architects
Retail fit-out of an existing space to bring the Orianne Collins company flagship for their first retail store in the US. Systems include various lighting techniques to meet the requirements of the energy code while allowing for proper lighting accents to properly display the products. The air conditioning system will also incorporate the company’s unique scent through scent dispersion technology for a truly unique feel.
Principal Officer’s Residence
Location: Apia, Samoa
Architect: Garrison Architects
This special residence located in the hot and extremely humid climate of the south Pacific, is in conjunction with the US State Department Overseas Building Operations division. This residence is supplied air conditioning via variable refrigerant split system air conditioning units and supported by a generator that can support the compound. Compound features include site lighting, increased security (with integral guardhouse and security), pool, and solar hot water heating.

We work with the architect and the clients closely to ensure that while all the comforts and desires are met, while ensuring all equipment is hidden while not prohibiting functionality. The personal residences in locations all over the world that range from oceanfront beach houses, to apartment renovations, to private compounds
77 Reade Street
Location: TriBeCa, Manhattan, NY
Architect: BKSK Architects
This ultra-luxury condo building is located in the TriBeCa Historical District. The building is a 7-story addition to an existing 5-story building that will be converted to residential condos. The building extends full through to Chambers Street, with entrances on both sides. Once completed, the building shape will mimic a capital “I” with internal courtyards. The building features include under ground parking, courtyards, rooftop lounge area, as well as ground floor retail.
