Design of hvac, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems for various boutique spaces within the Bloomingdale's store including: DKNY boutique, intimate apparel department, fine jewelry and Loius Vutton

Lana Marks Boutique - 645 Madison Avenue, New York, NY

Renovation of approximately 1,000 square feet of prime ground floor retail space for sales of very high-end accessories. Designed new HVAC, Electrical, and plumbing systems.

Polo - Americana Mall, Manhassett, Long Island

Architect - Peter Marino
Renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 10,000 square feet of cellar storage space for polo new flagship store. Project is currently in construction. Design includes complete new mep systems in a strip type shopping center.

Valentino Boutique - 747 Madison Avenue, New York, NY

Renovation of approximately 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 2,000 square feet of cellar storage space for valentino's new flagship store. Project is currently in construction. Design includes complete new MEP systems with very difficult existing headroom and field conditions.
